Most likely no worry: The ovary releases the egg during ovulation. The egg released is the one from which women get pregnant. The cyst that released the egg not uncommonly can bleed a little bit into itself and cause a stretch of the ovary capsule resulting in pain on that ovulation side. Pain that continues or starts later however should be viewed with caution as possibly an ectopic pregnancy (in the tube).
