Numbness: With your history of high blood pressure numbness on one side of body, imbalance, change in hearing you need to see a neurologist or your pcp who might order some imaging to look for stroke, mass or other problem. Also some bloodwork to check for hormonal/inflammatory/metabolic causes. Go get checked.
