What is a pottasium free diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bad!: Unless you have a major kidney problem, there is no reason to be concerned about the amount of potassium in your diet. Having an adequate amount of [potassium in your diet can help keep your blood pressure under control....So unless you have impaired kidney function, do not go on a potassium reduced diet.!
