Menopause: Based on your age, you are very likely menopausal. The average women undergoes menopause around age 51. You might also be experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, and moodiness. Your periods should be stopping altogether. If you continue to have irregular bleeding then see your doctor. You may need an endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial cancer.
