Cool compress,aspiri: For sun poisoning lower temperature pf skin with cool compresses and aloe bear. For the fever and muscle aches lower the body temperature with Aspirin or non steroidal antifinflammatories such as allege or motrin. If the temperature is high you amy need to be seen in emergency room for treatment and monitoring.
