It's relative.: Most diet pills contain caffeine which can potentially raise blood pressure. Have a baseline ekg and discuss with your dr regarding this issue. If ever u take this pills, be sure that your BP is under control and your heart is structurally sound. Diet and exercise are still the key to losing weight. Drink lots of water to curb your appetite.
