Shooting pain/ feet: Shooting pain in feet: depends on how long you have this problem, and whether it is with or without shoes. Usually, this is a sign of nerve entrapment. If the shooting is localized every time to one particular area, especially toward the toes, one must suspect a morton's neuroma.

Syndrome: Trying to relate all of your symptoms, i think might b best answered by neurology . Dizziness , paresthesias, "pressure" ...Perhaps a neurologist can correlate all of these.
