A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pityriasis Rosea: Pityriasis rosea is a self-limited rash that appears with a herald patch initially and then spreads in a christmas tree distribution on the trunk. It worsens for a few weeks, and then resolves. It can take 6-10 weeks to go away fully. Steroid creams, certain antibiotics and natural sunlight can help it resolve more quickly. It may be causwd by hhv6 virus and 97% of people don't get it again.
