I think you mean: A stellate ganglion block the block refers to an area in the mirrors near the spinal cord where the stellate ganglion block is often used to reduce pain and what's sometimes called sympathetic tone meaning the effects of the sympathetic nervous system on the arm . This baby used for severe pain for hyperhidrosis or anything that is felt to have turned on the sympathetic nervous system.
