Face tingle : There are some cross over nervous pathways from the sympathetic and parasympathetic pathways that may cause the face to tingle during sex. It is the same pathways that cause the nose to run after orgasm. As long as everything is working normally while you are not having sex , it is nothing to worry about. At your age , i would be having protected sex only ! be safe!
