Check with your doc: Great! no symptom. Cannot be so bad. But a follow up cxr makes sense to make sure. Check with your lung doc!

Many causes: Patchy infiltrates on chest xray are a non-specific finding that could be related to many different causes/conditions. In someone who is asymptomatic (like you), a detailed history, physical examination and further testing (if required) based on individual risk factors can help find the cause. Please talk to a lung specialist for further work up. I recommend treating the patient, not the xray.
