I can't bend my middle finger all the way b/c it hurts down into my palm and if i push the center of my palm it hurts! it also feels stiff in mornings?

Sounds like a ‘trigger finger’ or local irritation, and may involve joint degeneration. This may resolve with hot packs and topicals e g Voltaren gel or Ben gay. If not, see a plastic surgeon or orthopedist. treatments may include physical therapy, injections, or surgical repair. Good luck

This sounds like a trigger finger a swelling around the flexor tendons that binds up at an anatomic pulley in the palm. I would recommend seeing a hand surgeon for evaluation and possible steroid injection.
