Use drops: If the patch is wet, just remove it. Use the eye drops your surgeon has prescribed. As long as there is no redness or pain, you should be fine. Vision should be pretty good but may not be "perfect." see your surgeon immediately for any vision loss, pain, discharge or iincreasing redness.

Eye wash: Use eye washâ„¢ or artificial preservative free tears to rinse the eye. The irritation should fade. Remember to contine your prescription eye medications your doctor instructed you to use. Call him to indicate what happened so that he can decide whether you need to seen. Good luck.
