Is it okay to drink alcohol if there's a possibility i have glandular fever ?

No: Glandular fever or mono can cause liver inflammation... So can alcohol. Best to wait until you are completely well and recovered before drinking alcohol. There is no upside or benefit to the alcohol, but there could be significant downside.
