Few things: technically you can. but, it is not recommended. the reason is because alcohol dehydrates you. Fever also dehydrates you, so you are dehydrating yourself overtime, which tends to anger your cells and cause them to 'spasm'. also when someone has fever the liver tends to process the alcohol more poorly as it is busy sending out markers for the rest of the body. hope this helps
