Can be or should be?: I suppose that if the woman wanted to, she could find a plastic surgeon willing to evaluate the problem. I personally think it is a bad idea and hope you can find other ways to find sexual pleasure that don't require a woman to undergo unnecessary surgical mutilation. Think about it a bit. If you care for her, i hope you can solve this problem another way.
