Me and my wife are on our honeymoon in an island. we both are experiencing painful urination with an odour to it and cloudy color is it dehydration?

Urinary infection: It is not unusual for newly weds to develop a urinary tract infection sometimes referred to as honeymoon cystitis. You both need to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment which usually involves a course of oral antibiotics. You do want to be well hydrated while the infection is being treated.
