Soaks: Warm water soaks , followed by antibiotic cream and a bandaid for 3-5 days is a typical regimen.

Ingrown: Nail sx post op usually soak in warm water with epsom salt twice daily, cover area wit triple antibiotic and bandaid 5 days is what I have my patients do. Hope it helps!

Depends...: I usually just have my patients keep it bandaged until it stops draining. Use antibiotic cream instead of ointment to help this happen faster.
