Spondylolisthesis?: I am answering assuming that you are asking about spondylolisthesis - if you are referring to another condition please clarify. Spondylolisthesis refers to a "slip" of a vertebral body (=bone of the spine) in reference to the a neighbor vertebral body. This condition can cause pain but it would be difficult to link this to bruises or a red rash in the face.
