Several things: You need an evaluation by a urologist. This usually involves cystoscopy and ureteropyelography under anesthesia to determine the cause of collecting system dilation. There are many possible causes.

Refluxing urine frombladder can cause hydro. High BP can be from kidney or other cardiovascular causes, wbcs in blood or urine ?Infection.Pot.+ protein?Kidney.
