Real date unchanged: The real conception date never changes, no matter what happens (it is the day the baby was created by a sperm entering an egg). Your estimate of the conception date may change, especially if your estimate of the due date changes. If the doctor says the due date is expected to be a month earlier, then the estimated conception date is also a month earlier.
