My cycle 34 days. 10 days late had hsg done apr 23. day 3 estrodial 156 fsh 4.1 prolactin 9.1 day 23 and 28 0.70 progest. will i be able to conceive?

Ultrasound: With a day 3 Estradiol that high you may have a functioning cyst and with a Progesterone that low it indicates that you did not ovulate so you won't be pregnant this cycle. I would recommend an ultrasound to look at your ovaries and maybe some Clomid (clomiphene) or Femara for ovulation induction after your next period.
