Irregular Menses: A good first step is to chart your basal body temperatures. By taking your temperature each morning prior to getting out of bed and recording it, you can determine if you are ovulating. This can help your physician determine the cause. Irregular menses is often due to pcos. The diagnosis of this condition requires history, laboratory testing and ultrasound examination. See an obgyn.
