Pins and needles: When people have anxiety they tend to breath fast. As a result, they lower the amount of co2 in their blood which makes their blood alkaline. This results in tingling in the arms and face. Often, because this is coupled with a feeling of shortness of breath, it can resemble a heart attack. I hope this helps. **.

Tigth muscles : The anxiety tightens up the muscles which causes most of the other symptoms/ also breathing to much or to little may contribute.
