Allergic Rhinitis: Most likely, the symptoms are due to allergic rhinitis, a condition in which certain airborne particles such as pollen or dust trigger an allergic reaction in the nasal passages, causing swelling, inflammation, and blockage. This usually responds to antihistamines and avoidance of provoking triggers if you can identify them. If the blockage does not resolve or there is bleeding, see your md soon.
