Penis Anatomy: Sex implies friction. Friction can cause sluffing of the top layer of skin or getting an "abrasion"./ if there was not enough lubrication or if the sexual intercourse was particularly vigorous this all sounds like a normal experience and scenario. I see nothing to be worried about.
