Seizures: It's possible. Vertigo can be a symptom of seizures. Best to see a neurologist so an eeg can be performed and, if needed, a prolonged eeg to try and capture an episode and further characterize your episodes. Oftentimes a seizure is associated with motor symptoms, sensory symptoms, and loss or altered level of consciousness. Look for associated symptoms the next time it occurs.
