Droopy eyelid: Known as eyelid ptosis is diagnosed by measuring the relative position of the eyelid to other structures in the area (pupil, iris, orbital rim, etc). This will be clearly explained by a well trained board certified plastic surgeon or occuloplastics specialist. Is does not matter the race in terms of diagnosis.
