I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and i have hypothyroid! i have small cramps here n there and today i noticed a small tan like vaginal discharge after sex.

May be normal: The d/c may be from the cervix. You should ask for a blood test--quant hcg--to follow the pregnancy if concerned. And make sure you take thyroid medication and have levels checked each trimester at least.
