Do venous lakes on the lip usually fade away?

No: Venous lakes typically persist on the lips and ears until they are treated by either excision, destruction, or laser.

Not fade away: Venous lakes can last a long time, are lip vein malformations, and respond very well to laser with a 1064 waavelength, while being flattened out with a glass slide.
