Possible : Diverticulitis can certainly cause all of the bloating and abdominal prolbems , but the back pain my be cause as a compliction of Cipro (ciprofloxacin) which is known for causing skeleto muscular problems. See if you doctor can get you off the Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and the fluoroquinolones. Flouride poisoning.

Diverticulitis: Yes you can get referred pain and pressure to your lower back. Consult with your foctor or gastroenterologist for possible treatment.
