Not real medicine: Naturopathic medicine is one of the non-scientific "medical" practices. The naturopath "doctors", like other traditional folk medicine "doctors", try to make a person feel better with talking, massage or manipulation, herbs, etc... It's unproven, but if it seems to help, looks harmless, and is inexpensive, then it may be ok to try. Finding a "doc", checking credentials, etc..., may be difficult.

Naturopathic: There are schools of naturopathic medicine in the US but whether any naturopathic doctors are practicing in Saudi Arabia is uncertain. Perhaps Google/Bing lists some of the accredited schools, which could then provide you with that information.
