Micro or Milli?: That depends if you're talking about micrograms or milligrams. It is recommended to have 2-3 micrograms of B12 a day. If a healthy individual consumes more than that, their body should be able to handle it with minimal toxic effects. However, it is recommended to stay within 2-3 micrograms.
