Maca: There's very little scientific work done on maca root. There are many claims and some published work but nothing impressive. To answer your question is my guess is it is likely completely safe with bc. There is a large population that have maca in their diet and there are no adverse effects. Also the suggested fertility benefit claims revolve around semen quality and libido. Perhaps use spermaci.
