I am fair. but the skin around my penis is dark. it looks ugly. what can i do about it ?

You're fine: All men have darker pigment on their genitals than elsewhere. Who says it's ugly? And if you're a competent, thoughtful, educated, skillful lover who makes your partner feel appreciated, talks to her, finds out what she likes best, and uses you entire body to give her satisfaction -- who cares? Trusting you don't have body dysmorphic disorder -- read up on it if i haven't convinced you.
