The most effective treatment however is nasal cortisone sprays such as qnasl, flonase, nasonex, (mometasone) etc. Sometimes allergy eye drops are necessary if eye symptoms are significant. If symptoms are difficulty to control, progressing each season, then allergy injections can be very helpful.
