Very common: After your period some blood remains in the back of the vagina and then slowly comes out. Consider starting birth control to decrease the length of your cycles. Brown is just old blood.

Probably normal: In this situation, collection of spotting within the vagina just prior to and after menses may stay in the vagina long enough to oxidize and turn brown. Watery discharge is a little unusual however, so keep vigilant for signs of vaginal infection as listed.
