Pinched nerve: You are probably pinching the nerve between your 2nd & 3rd toes. Your disc problem is another consideration. See if certain shoes aggravate problem. A shoe insert and or shot between the toes may help.Sometimes the nerve entrapment needs to be released. Sorry, nerve symptoms and problems are hard to decipher & diagnose online - nerves have a mind of their own (literally).

Numbness to this toe: Can be felt from a neuroma or sometimes entrapment of the deep peroneal nerve as it gets entrapped by the extensor digits rum brevis muscle belly. It would be prudent to determine if the numbness is located on both the medial and lateral sides of the toe or just one. If the digit spasms i'd also look at possibility of adding magnesium supplements to your diet and see if that helps.
