Yes: Ear tubes allow your middle ear to ventillate. You can fly without any problems. Swimming with ear tubes should be discussed with your ENT surgeon. Some recommend using ear plugs and others don't. Most caution against deep diving when ear tubes are in place to avoid getting pool water into the middle ear.
