Perhaps, but sx more: There 100+ ct diseases (immunologic disorders (where one makes antibodies to own tissues); typical e.g. Are systemic lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis; often can't categorize (mixed ct disease); rash or pain in winter may be cold air setting off small artery spasm (reynauds). ANA titer fluctuation not very important. Gloves, ear muffs, scarf, hand/feet warmers; rheumatologist.
