3days ago a stone hit me in right eye. has been very sensitive to light in right eye. feels better but now have discomfort in left eye. is this normal?

Iritis: You have traumatic irits (uveitis) of the eye hit with the stone. This is a sterile inflammation of the inside of the eye. If your vision is fine and there is no bleeding, you can wait it out. Eyes behave sympathetically and if one is irritated the other can experience similar symptoms. But if it does not seem to be improving, see your ophthalmologist.
