Iritis: You have traumatic irits (uveitis) of the eye hit with the stone. This is a sterile inflammation of the inside of the eye. If your vision is fine and there is no bleeding, you can wait it out. Eyes behave sympathetically and if one is irritated the other can experience similar symptoms. But if it does not seem to be improving, see your ophthalmologist.
