May be vaginal : There is a type of bacterial overgrowth called bacterial vaginosis which has a distinct fishy odor. Maybe that's what you are noticing when you urinate. It has to be diagnosed with a vaginal test and can be treated with anitbiotics. It can occur more easily when the acidity level of the vaginal fluids change, which could be influenced by your blood sugar.
