Anti-histamines: These drugs are safe. The 'd" part of claritin-d is not the best choice for long term use and regular Claritin (loratadine) may be that much better for daily or long term use. But, in general these medications are safe.

No, it is not .: At some point in time, however, you find that it no longer works. At that point other alternatives will have to be. Considered.
