Check their society: Most all diseases, pathology, etc, have a society/organization dedicated to that interest. They would be the best source for information. Games like healthtap are for fun (as stated on their website) and online rating sites are highly unreliable since anyone (including nonpatients, rival doctors, fired staff, etc) can post anonymous reviews. Good luck, i hope this helped!

Medical school: Find a medical school close to your community. Call and find out who is their lyme disease expert. Typically it will be an infectious disease specialist.

Depends : The approach to proper treatment depends on how the disease presents. If just skin rash simple antibiotics may be all that is necessary. Of more significant disease like neurological or cardiac symptoms then additional measures may well be needed. Best to seek proper help from a rheumatologist or infectious disease specialist.

Treatment. : You definitely will be ok again.! The best treatment for complication and late stage Lyme disease is IV antibiotics. It's usually started with central pick line in hospital and takes 2-3 weeks. Good luck.
