If you find it, wow!: I imagine you don't really mean "all times", but at times that you presently get upset. Mindfulness meditation skills definitely build a person's capability to let things be acknowledged without getting hooked-in to reacting. There are teachers, books, tapes, etc and it is not too difficult to learn enough to improve your skills to at least a degree. Don't expect miracles but it works for me.
