Many things.: The differential diagnosis--as we like to say it--is quite exhaustive. Anything from cysts in the breasts to musculo-skeletal strain/sprain to deep visceral changes (e.g. Cardiac ischemia/angina pectoris) are all possibilities. This needs to be evaluated with a work-up focusing on the relevant issues outlined above.
