Are you sure ?: Are you sure it is a canker sore ? It just may be that you are cheek biting in that area from teeth that have a really good fit together. Canker sores should not last more than two weeks. If this persists, see your dentist for a bite adjustment. In the meantime, take very small bites and chew slowly.
