Clean it: Clean the area with water. Avoid soap, o none gets in the eye. Keep the area dry and don't rub it. It should heal on its own in a few days. If the area becomes red or painful see an ophthalmologist. Don't put non ophthalmic antibiotic ointmnet on the area. If it gets in the eye you may cause harm.
