Pimple on upper lip: A pimple has appeared directly on my upper lip. How do I treat it? Tea tree oil maybe? ANS: never heard of tea tree oil. As the Beatles say I would just "Let it be". It should go away in a few days. Don't mess with it as if it gets infected you will have a problem.
