You got drunk, and: You have a high alcohol tolerance. You need to see your ob-gyn and your psychiatrist about your pregnancy, citalopram, and alcohol use. Citalopram may be less worrisome than your alcohol use, especially if ongoing -- even in binges rather than continuous. Citalopram is category "c" in pregnancy, meaning animal, but not human, studies have shown potential problems. Please stop alcohol, for sure.
